Operating in an original 1880’s building continuously since 1908, JOHN’S of 12th Street features traditional white table cloth Italian dining. “Old world” Italian dinners are enjoyed in an “old world” NYC restaurant with original inlaid Italian marble walls and hand-laid Belgian tile floors. JOHN’S of 12th Street’s storied history includes a turn as speakeasy during Prohibition and serving as the location for John Nash’s marriage proposal in the film, “A Beautiful Mind!”
